REFUND POLICY

This Refund Policy applies to all services and registrations made through Hoops Basketball Camp. By enrolling in our programs, you agree to the terms stated below. This policy is designed to comply with local consumer protection laws and to ensure fairness for both our organization and our valued participants.

Refunds are not automatically granted and are subject to the conditions outlined herein. Hoops Basketball Camp reserves the right to make final decisions regarding refunds.

The Basics (Simple Summary for Parents & Guardians)

We get it—life happens. Sometimes, plans change, emergencies arise, or players can't attend camp. Here's how we handle refunds:

  • Full Refund: If you cancel [7+ days] before the camp start date.

  • Partial Refund: If you cancel 3–6 days before the camp starts.

  • No Refund: If you cancel within 48 hours of camp start or after the program has begun.

  • Medical Exception: Full or partial refunds may be granted with verified medical documentation.

Refunds will be processed back to the original method of payment within 7–14 business days.

What to include in the Refund Policy

Processing Time

  • Refunds are processed within 7–14 business days once approved.

  • You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been initiated.

Medical Withdrawals

  • Requests due to injury or illness must include a doctor’s note.

  • Hoops may offer credit for a future camp instead of a refund.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • No-shows or failure to attend without notice.

  • Participant dismissal due to behavioral issues.

  • Bad weather or acts of God unless the entire event is canceled.

Camp Cancellation by Hoops

  • If we cancel a camp due to low enrollment, emergencies, or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or rescheduling option will be offered.
