Welcome to Hoops Basketball Camp! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in our programs, use of our website and interaction with our team. By registering for a camp or accessing our services, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Registration & Eligibility

  • Participants must be registered by a parent or legal guardian if under the age of 18.

  • All registration information must be complete and accurate.

  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel registrations if eligibility requirements are not met.

2. Payment & Refund Policy

  • Full payment is required to confirm your spot.

  • Cancellations made 7 days before camp start are eligible for a full/partial refund (define your policy).

  • No refunds for cancellations made after camp begins, except in medical emergencies (with valid proof).

3. Health & Safety

  • Parents must inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, or special needs during registration.

  • We take every precaution to ensure a safe environment, but by participating, you accept that sports carry inherent risk.

  • In case of an emergency, Hoops staff may seek necessary medical assistance.

4. Code of Conduct

All participants are expected to:

  • Treat coaches, staff, and fellow campers with respect.

  • Avoid disruptive, aggressive, or inappropriate behavior.

  • Follow all camp rules and safety guidelines.

Failure to follow the code of conduct may result in dismissal from the camp without refund.

5. Media & Photography

  • By enrolling, you grant Hoops permission to use photographs and videos of participants for promotional purposes, unless you opt out in writing.

  • Media may appear on our website, social platforms, or printed materials.

6. Liability Waiver

By participating in Hoops Basketball Camp, you agree to release and hold harmless the organization, its staff, and affiliates from any and all liability for injuries, losses, or damages incurred during camp activities.

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content on our website, including logos, graphics, and materials, are the property of Hoops Basketball Camp.

  • You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without written permission.

8. Website Use

  • You agree not to misuse our website or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of it.

  • We are not responsible for any technical issues, downtime, or third-party links.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the new Terms.
